I had a mixed experience at Baan Souy Resort. While the property is beautiful and the pool area is lovely, my stay was marred by significant service issues and a major hygiene problem in the dining area. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disinterested, which detracted from the overall enjoyment of the stay. It's disappointing because the place has a lot of potential to be a great escape in Pattaya.
